Who we are
Apex Entry, 3850 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. We are a doors business working across Atlanta & Metro Atlanta, GA. This policy covers this website and the estimate request form on it.
What you give us
The form on this site asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your address (a city or ZIP alone is fine), your email address, and a description of the work you want. Nothing on the form is a trick question: we ask for what a person needs in order to call you back and come and look at the work.
We do not ask for and have no use for a date of birth, a social security number, or any payment details. Nobody from this company will ever ask you for those over the phone either.
What the site collects on its own
- The page you submitted from, and the site that sent you here. So we know which page produced the request. This is stored with your request.
- Your browser's identification string. Stored with your request. It is what tells us a submission came from a real phone rather than a script.
- Your IP address. Used two ways and stored differently from the rest. It is passed to Cloudflare's bot check to confirm you are a person, and it is held in a short-lived counter that stops the same connection submitting the form dozens of times. That counter deletes itself automatically. Your IP address is not stored alongside your name and number.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics tracker, no advertising pixel and no third-party marketing script anywhere on it.
The one exception is the Cloudflare Turnstile widget that protects the form from bots. It may set its own storage in your browser to remember that it has already checked you. That is Cloudflare's, it exists to keep spam out of our inbox, and we do not read it.
Why we hold it, and for how long
To answer your request: to call you back, to price the work, and to keep a record of what you asked for so the conversation makes sense if you call us again in a month. We keep estimate requests for as long as we are trading, because a homeowner who asked about a job in one year and calls again three years later is better served if we can find what we quoted.
If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it. See the bottom of this page.
Who else sees it
The crew who would actually do your work, because they are the people who call you. Beyond that, only the services this site is built on:
- Cloudflare. Hosts this website, runs the bot check, and stores your request. The data sits in Cloudflare's infrastructure.
- Resend. Sends the email that tells us you have asked for an estimate. Your name, number and description are in that email.
- Twilio. Carries the calls and text messages to and from the number on this site. They handle the connection itself.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to lead brokers, marketing lists or anybody else who did not need it to get your work quoted.
Calls and texts
When you call the number on this site, an automated assistant answers, takes what you need and passes you to a person when you ask for one. Calls to that number are recorded, and the assistant will confirm that if you ask it: we keep the recording, a written transcript and a short summary, alongside the number you rang from, when it came in and how long it lasted. They exist so the person who calls you back knows what you asked for, and so a call nobody managed to answer can be returned.
If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will call you back on a line that is not, or you can use the form on this site instead. Ask us to delete a recording and we will.
If you text the number, an automatic reply confirms we have it, and the message is stored, emailed to us, and forwarded to the phone of the person who does the work, so they can answer you. Their reply reaches you from the same number you texted.
When you send the form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you gave, about your request only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and the texts end; that applies to the automatic reply and to a person alike.
If you give us your number, we use it to answer your request. We are not going to add you to a marketing list, and if you tell us to stop contacting you, that is the end of it.
Children
This site is for people arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Call us and we will tell you what is in your record.
- Ask us to correct it. If we wrote your address down wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are in the middle of work for you and need it to finish the job.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. One call or one text and we stop.
Changes to this policy
If this changes we will change the date at the top. We are not going to quietly broaden what we do with your information and rely on you not re-reading a page you saw once.
